What you’ll be doing:
Gather rates/pricing for TV, cable, radio, and other media.
Assist senior media buyers with building & updating software and templates to fulfill paid media plans nationwide.
Maintain professional relationships with station reps and contact throughout media campaigns.
Manage delivery of client ad creatives and traffic instructions to media outlets.
Assist with data entry, reporting, audience research, and other duties as assigned.
Salary & Benefits
$55,000 - $60,000 per year, plus end-of-cycle bonus.

Requirements
Our ideal candidate brings:
Experience working with political campaigns or progressive organizations, with prior campaign finance or compliance experience an advantage.
Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfort with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, SharePoint, Google Docs, etc.) and working with and for people who are in different locations.
A sharp eye for detail, a curious mind, and the ability to juggle deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
