Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Call Time Manager to join our team and support Democratic campaigns in achieving their fundraising goals
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone passionate about Democratic politics to play a critical role in campaign finance operations while gaining valuable experience in political consulting
The Call Time Manager will work directly with candidates, finance directors, and campaign managers to execute aggressive fundraising plans through comprehensive call time management
This position is ideal for early-career professionals or those with 1-2 cycles of campaign experience looking to advance their careers in Democratic politics

Key Responsibilities
Call Time Management:
Staff candidates during daily call time sessions, providing professional support and encouragement
Prepare comprehensive call sheets with donor research, giving history, and talking points
Log all call activity using NGP, CallTime AI, or other campaign software platforms
Ensure call lists are accurate, up-to-date, and ready for each call time session
Track call time metrics and progress toward fundraising goals
Donor Relations & Follow-Up:
Conduct thorough donor research and prospect development
Execute timely follow-up calls, emails, and thank-you notes to maximize pledge collection
Maintain detailed records of all donor interactions and preferences
Assist with donor cultivation strategies and relationship management
Campaign Finance Operations:
Collaborate with finance directors and campaign managers to implement comprehensive finance plans
Support fundraising event planning, logistics, and execution
Assist with database management and contribution processing
Help coordinate mail, online, and phone fundraising programs as needed
Provide regular reports on fundraising progress to senior campaign staff

Requirements
Required
1-2 cycles of campaign finance, call time.
Strong commitment to Democratic values and electing candidates
Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database management
Experience with NGP or similar campaign finance software preferred
Ability to work independently in fast-paced, goal-driven environments
Willingness to work irregular hours But no Call Time Weekends.
