Director of Sales – Orchestra Music Academy (Part - Time)

High-Commission Leadership Opportunity
CAST Tours / Da Silva International Group of Companies is seeking an entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and results-oriented Director of Sales to help launch and grow a new for-profit Orchestra Music Academy unlike anything currently available in North America.
This is a remote, commission-based leadership opportunity with one of the most aggressive commission structures in the industry for the right candidate.
This is not a traditional music school position.
We are looking for a proven sales leader who can help build the Academy from the ground up by recruiting students, developing strategic partnerships, building referral channels, and promoting extraordinary performance opportunities with internationally recognized recording artists, professional symphony orchestras, and major film concert productions at some of the world's most iconic destinations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollment, building national sales pipelines, developing relationships with schools and youth orchestras, and creating long-term growth for the Academy throughout North America.
About the Academy
The Academy's mission is to bridge the gap between traditional music education and real-world professional performance opportunities.
The Academy is being developed in conjunction with CAST Tours' expanding international concert division, which produces destination concerts, orchestra tours, Christian music tours, and symphony film concerts throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.
Rather than focusing primarily on classroom instruction, students will receive practical performance training through professional concert experiences.
Students may have opportunities to participate in performances in Greece, Italy, France, China, throughout the United States, and other international destinations as the Academy expands.

Students may also participate in destination orchestra performances in Athens overlooking the Acropolis, the Paris Eiffel Tower Concert Series, the Italy Concert Series, Christian music tours, and additional international concert experiences.
Sales, Student Recruitment & Business Development
The long-term success of the Academy will depend upon attracting talented student musicians from throughout North America.
The Director of Sales will lead the Academy's student recruitment, enrollment, and partnership development efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys selling a visionary concept, building relationships, and creating opportunities for students, parents, schools, youth orchestras, churches, universities, and music organizations.
Responsibilities include:
Developing national student recruitment strategies.
Building and managing a sales pipeline of prospective students and partner organizations.
Recruiting students for domestic and international concert tours.
Presenting the Academy to prospective students, parents, educators, orchestra directors, and music organizations.
Building relationships with youth orchestras, universities, conservatories, schools, churches, and performing arts organizations.
Developing referral relationships with music educators, conductors, and arts leaders.
Creating outreach campaigns to generate enrollment leads.
Following up with prospective students and families.
Assisting with marketing and enrollment campaigns.
Organizing auditions, clinics, workshops, webinars, and information sessions.
Representing the Academy at conferences, festivals, competitions, and educational events.
Developing strategic partnerships that support long-term enrollment growth.
Working with company leadership to refine pricing, enrollment packages, and sales strategy.
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a sales leader who combines:
Proven sales experience.
Student recruitment or enrollment experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Music education, orchestra, or performing arts knowledge.
Entrepreneurial business development ability.
Relationship-building and networking skills.
Experience working with parents, students, schools, or youth organizations.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Passion for music, education, travel, and live entertainment.
Experience in enrollment growth, private school admissions, college recruiting, fundraising, sponsorships, travel sales, performing arts sales, or business development will be considered a significant asset.

This is a commission-based remote sales leadership position with substantial long-term upside.
CAST Tours intends to offer one of the most competitive commission structures in the industry for the right candidate.
