Position Highlights:
Outpatient-only Concierge Primary Care
See an average of 8–10 patients per day
30–60 minute appointments
Panel cap of 450 patients
Dedicated nurse and support staff
Robust care team includes referral coordinators and health coaches
Practice autonomy with true professional satisfaction
Compensation Structure:
Guaranteed base salary with clearly structured incentives as your panel grows
