The Opportunity
US Cancer Management Corp is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Radiation Oncologist to join Fresno Cancer Center, a nationally recognized, APEx®-accredited program and the only one of its kind in the greater Fresno region.
You’ll practice alongside an established team supported by experienced therapists, medical dosimetrists, medical physicists, nursing and support staff. Our model is genuinely multidisciplinary working with internal breast surgical oncologists and collaborative partners in the community: tumor boards, shared decision-making, and a culture where colleagues actually consult one another. If you want to deliver excellent cancer care without the bureaucracy of a large health system, this is that environment.
This is an opportunity to practice meaningful, high-quality oncology care in a region with significant patient need and long-term community impact.

Our Team
Our team culture is one of collaboration, respect and shared commitment to excellent patient care. It includes a radiation oncologist (+ the position being recruited), 6 radiation therapists, 2 experienced dosimetrists, 2 board certified medical physicists, an oncology registered nurse, skilled medical assistants and support staff — a ratio that means you spend your time practicing medicine, not chasing logistics. This practice supports a diverse case mix across breast, GU, GI, lung, CNS, and palliative oncology. Over the past 3 years Fresno Cancer Center has provided ~600-700 new patient consults/yr and treated ~500-600 patients/yr.
About Fresno
Fresno is the cultural and economic anchor of California’s Central Valley — home to Fresno State, a thriving farm-to-table dining scene, and a calendar of national touring acts. Yosemite, Kings Canyon, CA Coast and Sequoia National Parks are all within easy driving distance, making weekend trips to world-class hiking, climbing, and skiing routine rather than aspirational. Cost of living is notably lower than coastal California, so a physician’s income goes considerably further here. The community is diverse, family-friendly, and increasingly drawing professionals who want California without California prices.
