GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Instructional Systems Designer / Training Developer is responsible for executing the agile and adaptable ADDIE process designed for training-related requirements.
*This position is contingent upon contract award*
DUTIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead the execution of the agile and adaptable ADDIE process for training-related requirements.
Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders to identify training requirements and constraints.
Analyze training needs and document environment and other special operating considerations.
Lead the design and development of scalable training solutions tailored to individual mission partner requirements.
Develop high-level design concepts and storyboards to guide the design of training courses, materials, and platforms.
Create and develop training materials, ensuring appropriate system interfaces are enabled.
Coordinate with ISD team members and engineers to ensure training platforms are developed or modified to achieve training objectives.
Analyze test results, student feedback, and other evaluation mechanisms to identify areas of improvement for training products, programs, and platforms.
Lead the implementation of high-level process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the ISD team.
Drive specific project-level improvements to address identified areas of improvement.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in instructional systems design and training methodologies.
Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of training solutions.
Process paperwork for functional area according to established procedures.
Travel may be required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
MA/MS is required.
A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience is required.
At least 5 years of experience in multimedia design and production is preferred.
Proficiency in using multimedia software and tools such as Articulate is preferred.
Experience with the Persistent Cyber Training Environment is preferred.
Must currently possess and have the ability to maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment with rapidly changing demands.
Must have strong writing and communications skills.
Must be able to work well under pressure, prioritize task, and meet deadlines.
Must be detail oriented, with exceptional problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
Must be able to work in a challenging environment where constructive feedback from others is encouraged.

Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions.
