Description

• Analyze the firm’s existing case workflows, intake procedures, and document-management processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures for case intake, client communication, document collection, and case preparation across business, family, and humanitarian immigration matters.
• Collect, track, and analyze operational data, including case processing times, client volumes, staffing capacity, and cost metrics, and prepare performance dashboards and management reports.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to internal technology systems, including CRM, case-management software, billing tools, and document platforms, including potential automations and integrations to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct root-cause analyses of delays, quality issues, and workflow breakdowns, and propose data-driven solutions for process redesign, resource allocation, or outsourcing.
• Forecast operational needs based on historical data, referral trends, and filing patterns and advise management on staffing, training, and workflow adjustments.
• Design and implement quality-control protocols to ensure consistency and completeness of case preparation, and assist with internal staff training on new procedures and systems.
