Description
Prove It Media is a full-service communications firm that is known for its multi-channel advertising campaigns, innovative messaging and effective targeting on behalf of its clients.
As a Digital Media Associate, you’ll work directly with the Media Team to build and launch paid digital media campaigns, end-to-end, across multiple channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle day-to-day digital ad operations, including campaign set-up, creative upload, UTM attribution across multiple platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, The Trade Desk and DCM
Own assigned campaigns independently, and monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize for efficiency, pacing, and performance
Identify metrics/grains/dimensions and pull ad reporting tailored to requests
Assist with onboarding 1P data segments into our programmatic DMP
Interface and communicate with account executive team and translate strategy into actions within ad platforms
Keep an ear to the ground of the ever changing digital ad landscape and provide insights and learnings to the greater team Analytics, Tracking & Attribution
Work fluently across GA4 and legacy Google Analytics (UA)
Support conversion tracking setup, QA, and debugging using Google Tag Manager
Ensure accurate tracking of key actions across websites, landing pages, and paid media platforms
Assist with attribution analysis and performance interpretation to inform optimizations
Identify and flag tracking issues or data discrepancies proactively Reporting & Dashboards
Build and maintain performance dashboards using Looker Studio and in-platform reporting tools Support regular reporting deliverables with clear, accurate, and timely data Partnering with strategy leads to surface insights, trends, and optimization opportunities Maintain data integrity across all reporting outputs
Requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year experience in running paid digital ads (agency experience preferred)
Fluency in digital media concepts (e.g. CPM, CPC, bounce rate, reach, etc)
Hyper-diligent organizational skills and attention to detail
Competence in Excel/Sheets
Enthusiasm for the digital ad industry and a willingness to continually learn
This is a remote position, but will require work during West Coast timezones and will require work outside of standard office hours
COMPENSATION/OTHER:
This is a contract position with the opportunity to grow into a full time role for the right candidate Compensation is $3000 - 6200 monthly, either part time or full time Other benefits include: office reimbursement stipend and company equipment including a computer
