Description
I own a high-end incentive travel company and travel frequently — approximately 30 trips per year, with 80% international.
I am looking for someone exceptional to support my personal, often complex air travel, as well as coordinate staff air for our incentive trips and assist with research for select travel opportunities.
This is not a traditional weekly role. The work will come in as needed, often tied to upcoming trips.
About the Role
You will work directly with me to:
Research and present the best air travel options — not just what is available
Evaluate routes, timing, aircraft, connections, and overall travel flow
Manage complex international and multi-city itineraries
Handle changes and adjustments efficiently
Coordinate staff air for internal team members attending incentive trips
Assist with identifying and completing applications for select travel opportunities and programs
Simplify decision-making and help me move quickly with confidence
What I’m Looking For
Strong experience in corporate, VIP, or international air travel
Deep understanding of airline routing, pricing, and booking strategy
Experience coordinating multiple travelers or small group/staff air
Someone who enjoys research and can identify the best option, not just the obvious one
Highly responsive when engaged
Polished, discreet, organized, and easy to work with
Important
This is a project-based, as-needed role — not a guaranteed weekly schedule.
Some weeks there may be nothing. Other times, I may need quick turnaround support on a trip or program.
