If you're passionate about the energy transition, love structured delivery, and want to work on one of the most strategic initiatives in the company - this role is for you.
What you'll do
Drive programme visibility and structure You'll manage programme plans, milestone tracking and cross-stream coordination - ensuring everyone from pilots to platform stays aligned.
Support governance and decision-making You prepare executive steering committees and programme boards, consolidate inputs, track actions and maintain the central decision log.
Ensure reporting excellence
You build crisp, consistent reports on progress, KPIs, and risks - powering data-driven decisions and transparency at all levels.
Orchestrate units and pilot integration
You'll help establish consistent ways of working, onboarding and coordination across entities as we expand programme scope.
Own the delivery rhythm You organise agile check-ins, retrospectives, and cross-functional working sessions - supporting both velocity and reflection.
Enable learning & knowledge transfer You maintain central templates, learning logs and tools that help teams scale faster and smarter.
What you bring
Background in programme management or transformation 3-5 years of experience in a PMO, transformation office, or cross-functional project role, ideally in digital, energy, tech, or mobility sectors.
Structured, reliable, delivery-driven You bring strong organisational skills, experience in tools like Jira/Confluence or Smartsheet, and an instinct for clarity and pragmatism.
Confident communicator & facilitator You can engage with product teams, engineers, commercial leads, and country organisations - across levels and cultures.
Hands-on and proactive You take ownership, chase open items, drive clarity and remove blockers - all without needing to be in the spotlight.
Business fluency in English, German is a plus
