We are Shiloh Adventures, and we are currently recruiting summer staff for our 2026 camp season, and we would love the opportunity to connect with anyone interested in having a meaningful use to their summer.
Shiloh Adventures is a dynamic faith-based non-profit that serves approximately 500 deserving youth each summer through transformative camp programs. With 40 acres of outdoor space packed with outdoor activities and indoor facilities. Nestled in the heart of OKC, Shiloh Adventures is the perfect destination for groups needing to team build or youth camps looking weeklong sessions for connection and growth. Kids ages 8-18 are able to have an unforgettable experience at our summer camps. Our camps are perfect for urban youth looking to explore the great outdoors by experiencing adventures in sports, art, and recreation. We create indoor and outdoor activities that help participants grow as leaders and foster creative thinking, all while having fun. We are proud to offer an affordable summer camp experience for all youth across the greater OKC area. Shiloh Adventures is a great place to connect with others and while in enjoying the outdoors. Those who join our team will have a transformative experience, gain valuable leadership experience, outdoor skills, workplace readiness skills and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Requirements
Facilitate activities that campers will be doing throughout the day.
Use positive behavior-management skills to help solve conflicts between campers.
Help keep the ground's area clean and organized.
Demonstrate strong a Christ-like attitude and support campers in nurturing their faith and walk with God.
Be a positive role model—by modeling good manners, respect, cleanliness, punctuality, faithfulness, appropriate language and behavior.
Support the mission and values of Shiloh Adventures.
Minimum age: 16.
Maintain physical health and stamina required to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 40 lbs.
Commit to all 4 weeks plus the additional training week.
Open positions for summer staff applicants include Summer Camp Counselor, Counselor in Training (C.I.T.), Summer Office Assistant, Maintenance Crew (T-Crew), Photographer/Videographer, and Camp Nurse.
