Description

The City of Lockhart is accepting job applications until filled for the position of Senior Inspector. Depending on qualifications and experience the starting wage will be $29.40 to $44.10 per hour.

The City of Lockhart provides employee health insurance, sick and vacation leave, holiday pay, and offers a 20 year full retirement through the Texas Municipal Retirement System.

Minimum requirements include ICC certifications to inspect building, electric, plumbing, and mechanical.  Associates degree or higher.  4 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners inspectors license within 18 months of hire.
