Position Overview
We are seeking outgoing individuals who are great at building relationships and genuinely care about helping their clients. In this entry-level sales position, you’ll guide homeowners through completing the insurance claim process or help them make decisions on one of our other home services.
Storm-Pros Roofing Collective LLC is expanding into new markets. We also have team leader opportunities available for those with previous roofing sales experience or equivalent sales experience in other fields.

Requirements
Responsibilities
Generate new leads through company resources referrals, and community outreach.
Conduct property inspections (training provided) and identify storm damage to roofs, siding, gutters, fences, and exteriors.
Educate homeowners about insurance claim processes and Home Pro Solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from first contact through project completion.
Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts using company CRM and templates.
Collaborate with project managers and office staff to ensure seamless project delivery.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks.
Represent Storm-Pros with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
