Description

An exceptional Locums Assignment is immediately available in Florida for a Neurological Surgery Physician Assistant.

Practice Setting

• Work across a Mix of Inpatient & Outpatient settings
• Focus on Adult patients with various Neurosurgery Cases
• Collaborative support staff including 4 other PAs/NPs, 1 RN, and 1 MA

Schedule

• Call Only shifts: 9:00pm-7:30am, only Monday-Thursday
• Dates still available: Ongoing Need starting as soon as next month
• Low call burden: 0-25 Phone Consults per shift and 25% Call Back
• Call is for Both Assigned and Unassigned Patients with 15-minute beeper response time

Requirements

• Profession: Physician Assistant (PA)
• Required State Licensure: Active Florida PA License
• Certifications: Active ACLS and BLS required
• Experience: Minimum of 12 months experience as an advanced practice provider in Neurosurgery

Credentialing Requirements

• Credentialing Timeframe: 0-120 days
• Temporary Privileges available for an expedited start
