Job Title: Lymphatic Specialist - Manual & Electro-Lymphatic Therapist
Job Type: Contract / 1099 Independent Contractor
Company: Lymphatic Specialists LLC (Contracted exclusively by Cryo-X Wellness Center)
Location: Grapevine, TX 76051 (On-site at Cryo-X)
Availability: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $40 - $70 per service hour. Compensation is based on Current Certifications.
- A service hour = 45 minutes hands-on treatment + 15 minutes buffer (for notes, setup, client transition)
- Compensation starts base rate $40 for MLD-C, with increases for each relevant certification
- (Example: +$5 for post op Certification, +$5 for Oncology MLD Cert)
- Company support available toward additional certifications
About the Role:
Lymphatic Specialists LLC is contracted by Cryo-X in Grapevine to provide the highest level of lymphatic care for General Wellness, Oncology Support, Post-Plastic Surgery, Lymphedema Management/CDT, Perrin Technique for ME/CFS, and Pre-natal/Post-partum Support.
This is an unprecedented opportunity for a motivated therapist to advance their career in a lymphatic based practice, while building a flexible schedule to full capacity between acute recoveries and long term regulars.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Perform Electro-Lymphatic Therapy (ELT) when indicated (once certified)
Deliver specialized protocols for:
- General Wellness & Immune Support
- Oncology support (Treat AWS/Cording, Radiation scars)
- Post-plastic surgery recovery (Lipo, BBL, Tummy tuck, etc.)
- Lymphedema management (MLD, CDT, Garment Measuring)
Conduct thorough client intakes, screen for contraindications
Create personalized treatment plans
Maintain detailed SOAP notes and HIPAA-compliant records
Educate clients on self-care (compression, self-MLD) and treatment planning
Requirements
Requirements:
- Must hold active Texas licensure to perform manual therapy (e.g., Licensed Massage Therapist , or equivalent qualifying license such as PT/OT with manual therapy scope)
- National Provider Identifier (NPI #) – active and required for prescribed bodywork
- At least basic MLD-C from a LANA recognized Training Program:
- https://www.clt-lana.org/training-programs
- Example: MLD-C from ACOLS, Norton, Klose
- Must be eligible to work as 1099 contractor in Texas
Preferred (but not required - training support available):
- Electro-lymphatic drainage device training/experience
- Oncology massage
- Post-surgical MLD specialty
- Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) or pursuing
- Perrin Technique training or certification
- Pre-natal massage certification
