Description
Job DescriptionA Day in the Life
- Develop and execute measurable demand creation programs that drive revenue
- Manage multi-channel, multi-tactic marketing programs including: email, organic social, paid social, paid media, webinars, and virtual events.
- Collaborate with Product, Content Marketing, and Sales to develop campaigns that create demand and build pipeline in core markets and market segments.
- Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure seamless campaign execution across our marketing tech stack
- Own your integrated programs and campaigns: leverage Asana to build clear plans, coordinate deliverables, assign resources, communicate deliverable status, and keep your projects on schedule
- Monitor and analyze program and campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement and optimization opportunities.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on lead quality, conversion rate, pipeline and revenue generated.
- Facilitate a marketing program retrospective following completion of each marketing program
- Become an expert on the company's lead funnel
- Other job duties as assigned by the manager
We are looking for someone who brings
• Bachelor's degree required with emphasis on marketing, business or communications preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B demand marketing
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Hubspot), webinar hosting (Zoom), ABM (6sense) and work management (Asana) platforms
• Ability to understand how strategic objectives translate into market-specific programs
• Demonstrated ability to implement with extreme attention to detail
• Experience with copy writing and creating compelling promotional assets
Desired management/leadership skills:
- Ability to define and manage projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management skills for managing schedules and deadlines (experience in project management software like Asana is a plus)
Desired marketing skills:
- Familiarity with principles of B2B marketing
- Audience development experience a plus
- Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
