Job Purpose

Fleet Analyst will assist with all functions related to fleet efficiency and optimization, as well as analysis and reporting of business opportunities

What you will do...

• Analyze fleet categories to optimize fleet levels at Herc locations.
• Lead market level fleet efficiency analysis and execution of action items including transfer opportunities, disposal analysis and new fleet requests
• Execution of Slow Rent reduction initiatives
• Analyze rerent for reduction opportunities and coordinate actions
• Track service and delivery fleet replacements
• Track key fleet and financial metrics.
• Support the Fleet Planning process
• Prepare financial analysis for equipment life cycle decisions to determine and monitor the optimum holding period by equipment category.
• Prepare fleet reports.
• Qlik BI Report analysis
• Support ad hoc requests, as needed

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of experience in planning and analysis function or related role
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Accounting/Engineering/Data Analytics

• Detailed analysis of cost drivers and business modeling
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in MS Office suite of tools (Access, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in BI reporting tools / BI Report design desired
• Ability to work under tight deadlines

Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000
