Overview

Delphi One is a research platform focused on publishing clear, logic-driven Views, Outlooks, and Valuations on equities and cryptocurrencies. Research is published publicly, updated in real time, and ranked based on quality and consistency.

This internship is designed for analysts who want their work read, tested, and measured in the open market—not confined to internal reports.

Role Description

As a Research Analyst Intern at Delphi One, you will:

• Publish original research directly in the Delphi One app
• Create and maintain Views, Outlooks, and Valuations on assets you choose to cover
• Update your positions as new information emerges
• Build visible, ranked coverage on specific assets

Application Requirement (Mandatory)

Applicants must create and publish at least one View, one Outlook, and one Valuation inside the Delphi One app as part of their application. 

We assess candidates primarily on the analytical quality, logic, and structure of the research they publish on the platform.

Applications that only include a CV and do not include published Views, Outlooks, and Valuations in the app will not be considered.

Performance & Progression

• Research performance is transparent and ranked
• Advancement is based entirely on the quality and consistency of published work
• The first 10 interns who consistently rank at the top of the platform will be promoted into paid, salaried roles as the founding cohort of Delphi One analysts

This is a 100% merit-based environment.

Requirements

Required Skills & Attributes

• Ability to form independent investment views and defend them with logic
• Strong written communication skills for a professional investing audience
• Comfort publishing research publicly and being evaluated on it
• Interest in equity analysis, crypto analysis, or both
• Willingness to update views as facts change

Required

Publish at least one View, Outlook and Valuation on the Delphi One app (www.delphi.one)

Preferred (Not Required)

• Prior experience writing investment research
• Familiarity with valuation frameworks (traditional or crypto-native)
• CFA Program candidate or charterholder status (preferred but not required)
