Description

We're looking for multiple, full-time, Litigation Attorneys. The role requires handling all aspects of civil litigation cases, including drafting motions, attending court proceedings, taking depositions, preparing for and attending mediation, trials and arbitrations. You will work closely with clients, manage case decisions and strategies with a goal of maintaining our firm's reputation of achieving a high rate of favorable outcomes. 

Requirements

• Proficiency in litigation processes, including trials, motions and court procedures
• Hands-on experience conducting depositions and preparing motions and trial strategies
• Knowledge of general and specialized areas of law relevant to civil litigation
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and in good standing with the Texas Bar
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
• Strong organizational and research aptitude, with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively
• Experience in commercial litigation is a plus
