Compensation: $120,000 – $250,000 (Base + Performance Incentives)

The Law Firm of Daniela Labinoti, P.C. is a trial-focused plaintiff’s firm handling catastrophic injury, trucking litigation, premises liability, wrongful death, and complex insurance disputes across Texas and New Mexico.
We prepare every case for trial. Our cases involve significant damages and serious injury.
We are seeking a motivated, litigation-driven attorney ready to manage cases from filing through trial.
Position Overview
This role is designed for an attorney who:
- Wants to litigate — not just negotiate
- Is comfortable taking depositions and arguing motions
- Understands personal injury damages, medical causation, and insurance coverage
- Can independently manage a litigation docket
- Is trial-ready or actively building toward first-chair trial work
Responsibilities
- Handle personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Draft petitions, motions, discovery, and responses
- Take and defend depositions
- Conduct expert depositions
- Prepare and argue dispositive and evidentiary motions (MSJ, Daubert/Robinson)
- Attend mediations and court hearings
- Prepare cases for trial (exhibit prep, jury charge review, witness outlines)
- Coordinate with case management and medical chronology teams
- Evaluate liability, damages, and insurance issues
Qualifications
- Licensed in Texas (New Mexico license a plus)
- 2–10 years litigation experience preferred
- Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred
- Deposition and hearing experience required
- Trial experience highly valued
- Strong legal writing and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to manage an active litigation docket
- Professional courtroom presence
Compensation Structure
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $250,000 (based on experience and trial capability)

Top-tier litigators with demonstrated trial experience and independent case handling may qualify at the higher end of the compensation range.
