Description

<p>The Assistant Volleyball Coach plays a vital role in supporting the Head Coach in developing and maintaining a competitive NCAA Division II volleyball program within the Lone Star Conference (LSC). This position is actively involved in all facets of team operations, including player development, recruitment, training, and overall program administration.</p><p><br>In close collaboration with the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach helps cultivate a positive team culture that reflects the values and mission of The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) and its Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. The program is expected to operate in full compliance with the policies, regulations, and ethical standards of UTD, the LSC, and the NCAA.</p>

Requirements

<p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and two years of previous coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level with a knowledge and commitment to NCAA Division II rules.</p><p><br>Applicants with a Master&rsquo;s degree and 3&ndash;5 years of collegiate coaching experience, preferably at the NCAA Division I or II level, will receive priority consideration.</p>
