Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Digital Fundraising Associate to join our growing Fundraising Team through the 2026 election cycle. We're looking for a sharp, curious, and proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced political environment, takes initiative, and loves creating impactful content. If you’re a strong writer with great instincts, high attention to detail, and a passion for progressive causes — we want to hear from you!
Our anticipated timeline for this hiring process is:
-Applications close on January 10th
-First round interviews to start January 13th
-Skills Assessments for selected candidates
-Second round interviews to start January 20th
-Goal start date of February 3rd, 2026

As a part of our team you would
-Build and QA fundraising content to ensure error-free execution and timely sends.
-Draft compelling, high-performing fundraising content for fundraising campaigns.
-Stay up to date on clients’ races, issues, and campaign dynamics to inform strategic content and messaging.
-Interface with clients to route content for approval, incorporate feedback, and communicate updates clearly and professionally.
You would be a great fit if you have
-An interest in learning new things. The digital world is constantly changing so we frequently test new strategies and tactics.
-0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or communications: political campaigns, nonprofits, or digital marketing companies (including internships!).
-The ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
-Superior organization and time management skills.
-Extraordinary attention to detail.
-Working knowledge of digital platforms, like NGP, Everyaction, and ActionKit
-Working knowledge of Canva to make basic graphics
-Strong writing skills that can be tailored to multiple platforms.
-Superior organization and time management skills.
-Strong communication skills and a preference for working in teams.
-Extraordinary attention to detail.
-Willingness to put in that extra time and effort: sometimes we have to work longer days or on weekends, especially during campaign seasons.
Salary and Benefits
The base salary for this position is $52,500 per year, plus benefits detailed below. In order to counter pay inequality and uphold internal parity, we do not negotiate on salary offers after they are made.
